RESOLVED: The issue has been fixed. Teachable's infrastructure team migrated our school to their new custom domain system and provisioned a new SSL certificate for courses.m.academy. The site is now fully accessible.

Resolution Timeline: Teachable support responded on Monday morning, October 13, 2025, and completed the backend migration. SSL certificate provisioning was successful and all services have been restored.

We sincerely apologize for the extended weekend outage. We're exploring additional monitoring and failover solutions to prevent similar infrastructure dependencies from impacting availability in the future.

Root Cause Identified: The issue has been confirmed to be on Teachable's infrastructure. In July 2025, Teachable upgraded their custom domain system, requiring schools using Cloudflare DNS to be manually migrated to new infrastructure. Our school appears to have been missed in this migration. When our SSL certificate expired on October 10, it could not be renewed because the old infrastructure is no longer functional.

Current Status: All DNS configuration on our end is correct and has been verified. Teachable's server is not presenting an SSL certificate for courses.m.academy, preventing any access to the site. We have escalated this to Teachable support as a critical priority with full technical documentation.

Expected Resolution: Teachable support appears to be unavailable over the weekend. We expect to hear back on Monday, October 13, 2025, with resolution to follow once they migrate our school to the new infrastructure.

Workarounds: Unfortunately, there is no technical workaround available. The issue requires Teachable to make backend infrastructure changes that only they can perform.

Next Steps: We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates immediately when we receive a response from Teachable support.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting courses.m.academy due to an SSL certificate configuration issue on our hosting provider's infrastructure. The site worked perfectly until the provider's server stopped presenting valid SSL certificates for our custom domain.

Impact: The entire courses site is inaccessible. Students cannot log in or access courses.

Resolution: We have escalated this to our hosting provider's technical team as a critical priority. The issue is on their infrastructure and requires them to reconfigure the SSL certificate for our domain. We are monitoring closely and expect resolution within the next few hours.
