In July 2025, Teachable upgraded their custom domain system, requiring schools using Cloudflare DNS to be manually migrated to new infrastructure. Our school appears to have been missed in this migration. When our SSL certificate expired on October 10, it could not be renewed because the old infrastructure is no longer functional.

Current Status: All DNS configuration on our end is correct and has been verified. Teachable's server is not presenting an SSL certificate for courses.m.academy, preventing any access to the site. We have escalated this to Teachable support as a critical priority with full technical documentation.

Expected Resolution: Teachable support appears to be unavailable over the weekend. We expect to hear back on Monday, October 13, 2025, with resolution to follow once they migrate our school to the new infrastructure.
