Resolution Timeline: Teachable support responded on Monday morning, October 13, 2025, and completed the backend migration. SSL certificate provisioning was successful and all services have been restored. We sincerely apologize for the extended weekend outage. We're exploring additional monitoring and failover solutions to prevent similar infrastructure dependencies from impacting availability in the future. In July 2025, Teachable upgraded their custom domain system, requiring schools using Cloudflare DNS to be manually migrated to new infrastructure. Our school appears to have been missed in this migration. When our SSL certificate expired on October 10, it could not be renewed because the old infrastructure is no longer functional. Current Status: All DNS configuration on our end is correct and has been verified. Teachable's server is not presenting an SSL certificate for courses.m.academy, preventing any access to the site. We have escalated this to Teachable support as a critical priority with full technical documentation. Expected Resolution: Teachable support appears to be unavailable over the weekend. We expect to hear back on Monday, October 13, 2025, with resolution to follow once they migrate our school to the new infrastructure. Workarounds: Unfortunately, there is no technical workaround available. The issue requires Teachable to make backend infrastructure changes that only they can perform. The issue is on their infrastructure and requires them to reconfigure the SSL certificate for our domain. We are monitoring closely and expect resolution within the next few hours.
